Had some points to use, and hadn’t been to this location in a years. Wanda was the manager back then, and ran it like a military operation.
Not sure who’s in charge now, but the notoriously long Whataburger line is even longer, and the food served slightly cold and with less seasoning.
On a positive note, the lady at the window did offer a free “senior citizen” drink to make up for the extended wait time.

After placing my order of 1 Jr burger with mustard, 1 Jr burger with bacon, cheese, mayo, NO onions or lettuce. I drove home only to find that BOTH of my burgers were wrong.

We come every Wednesday and the food is always hot & good! The employees are always super friendly and helpful. The GM Erica is always there and making sure everyone is taken care of.

Drive thru was busy but moved quickly. Food was made properly but not hot. Fries were disappointing. Person at window did not acknowledge us as they handed out food and shut window, leaving us without a straw, napkins, and ketchup.

Over 1 year now I have gone 3 times a week usually at the absolute busiest time and they still get it out fresh and quickly. My order has been 100% correct now every single time for over a year now. That doesn't happen at most places. This place is awesome. Thanks again to the staff at this whataburger.
