No matter how long the line is they are always wonderful and kind. The food is always fresh! This is my favorite Chick-fil-A hands down. Restrooms are always clean and stocked. Tables are constantly being cleaned after guest leave!

Quick service. Great for fast food. Loved the chicken strips, sandwich and sauces. Parking close, but you have to walk through the 3 drive through lanes to enter the restaurant.

Food is always great. The wait and line sometimes are a little slow but it's worth it for the food. Workers are always nice!

Breakfast burritos are pretty good, especially for the quick service. Ordered for pick-up about a mile out pulled in and waited maybe 30 secs!

This location is super busy (as I'm sure are all the rest), but it took all of 7 minutes from waiting to order, placing the order, paying for the order and then receiving the order. Fantastic!!! Good food, as always.
I think Chick-fil-a should run the country!!!

Me and my daughter dined in today at the Dowlen road branch. The girl who took our order was so polite, so as her supervisor. And also, the staff keeping the area clean were very kind and even offered us if we want a refill. Im so proud of these teens. I bet, they were raised well.

Just blows my mind how long the lines can be, yet these people can get your order, payment and through the line so quickly. Not just fast, they are always courteous, smile and best of all, my order is always correct! How do they do it? It's some kind of magical mystery thing. Thanks Chicken fillet! Larry, the Training Director, was outstanding in his efficiency and energy. My husband and I didn’t get our nuggets but accidentally got a sandwich instead. He very kindly got our nuggets and let us keep the sand-which. He has been all over the store helping people and being very high energy and added a lot of fun to the atmosphere. This is why we love chic fil a on Dowlen!

well i was actually at this place working not eating. but im a big fan of Chik-Fila food too and the whole franchise. I have been doing the canopy work for their drive thrus for over a year now.
