My wife took the kids for the "Wonka" promotional menu, she said it was excellent. Pancakes were perfectly cooked, sauced, staff was polite overall a better experience than what it typically has been in the past.

Has been a while since we have gone and prior it felt lacking in food and service areas. This time it was as wonderful as before. Our waitress was awesome and the whole atmosphere was much more positive and friendly. Food was on point and will gladly go again.

IHOP was very good, the food , the service, and of course the atmosphere. I enjoyed my time there. I will return again soon.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great service. I'd definitely go back here in the future if ever in the area. Food tasted great. Was brought to our table quick and our server was extremely polite! That's the cocktail for a 5 star. And I can say I'm proud to give this IHOP a 5 star.

It is the middle of summer my wife and I decide to have breakfast at IHOP. There is a line with about seven people waiting to be seated. At first it looks like this might be too crowded. However seated quickly menus and coffee served immediately.
The most impressive item about this visit has to be the staff of all young qualified personable staff and crew members.
We were informed a few people hadn't come into work and yet the staff worked around all of that
The food that service and the price made our breakfast (wait for it) great

The atmosphere was pleasant, the waitress was courteous and prompt, the food was good. They just could have had more employees, but the ladies held it down.

I'm not a major fan of IHOP but seeing as though my wife happens to be a raving lunatic for your food and for your locations. I am forced to endure going to these locations. The facility is as dated as the overall concept. The individual that was my server was pleasant cordial and that's what's to be expected so I have no complaints there The food was pedestrian when expect any more than that The one thing that disappointed me was when I asked for hot syrup I was told that they don't do it at this location they don't I can get a flavored syrup warmed up but as far as a regular maple syrup it could not be warmed up. That just ticked me off completely this is why in my preference I prefer to go to cracker barrel and eat there because they do not have a cannot do mentality they have a can do mentality. Not asking for anyone to perform acrobatics but sometimes just taking care of the customer will go a lot further overall but I did tip the server accordingly because I understand how they are duly compensated. Take this for what it's worth.

They had a small pregnant woman manning the front desk ALL ON HER OWN. I could tell she was on pain and tired. She deserved a raise for how hard she worked. But she managed and got everyone seated and food out. I received my food got home and had to go all the way back because I was missing my kid small stacks. Same girl was sweet and friendly even offered me a drink while I waited. My omelette was very fresh no season at all, the beef was over cooked and cheese were hard and cold. I have had better from this restaurant. May have been a bad day.
