A special for 2 whoppers, fries and 2 drinks and the meal was excellent!!! We usually go to Burger King because of the value and the best fries in Baytown!!!

Customer service is rude ! The lady was rude to my grandma ! We show her the coupons on the phone ! She say the rude way ! I can't do it on the phone ! I need the coupons ! Hope she changed her attitude !

We got here at 9:59 p.m.... Darlene the night shift manager was very nice and agreed to take her order even though we were practically at their closing time for the dine in.

We have a large family, so ordering through the drive thru is sometimes stressful, on both sides of the speaker... however this was a very pleasant experience. It's 3 am (Sunday night-Monday morning) and the guy working the window has EXCELLENT customer service. The food (lol yes, even the frys) were hot and the sandwiches were put together very nicely. Not sloppy at all like I've definitely experience at other locations. I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you. I appreciated this experience. I don't know your names, 3rd shift, but you are doing great.

There appeared to be a homeless woman, who wasn't eating in the dining area. With her shoes and socks off. And she was scraping what appeared to be dead skin off in the the floor. I said something to one of the workers because you could smell it. They said nothing to the woman and she continued to stay there the entire time my family and I were there. I have 3 kids and my husband with me. My kids were asking what she was doing. We also had 2 extra people come and meet us there. The food was good, other than allowing the woman to stay and do that, the staff was generally polite.

Soooo good!! It doesn't take all day long in their drive thru to get your food. The food is always fresh and prepared right, the customer service is wonderful.

I ordered one of the chicken fillet sandwiches and I think I got a kid's meal chicken sandwich! They laughed when I told them!
