This Cracker Barrel has to be one of the best that I've been to. Service is always awesome. Food is always hot and delicious. I recommend going before 9. The earliest as possible, to avoid the crowd. The name of my is "Grandma's Sampler." Eggs, loaded hashbrown casserole, and a bit of ham, bacon, sausage, and warm fluffy pancakes! (Sorry I dug into my food before taking pictures)
I have always loved the food. The service was nice. The French Toast tasted a little off today, but the hashbrown casserole did not disappoint!
While on our way home from a road trip we stopped in here. Everything was fantastic from the food to the friendly service. The iced caramel latte is definitely my new favorite and my chicken BLT was amazing.
it's a very comfortable place to eat. the food is always good. I like the decor.
Love Cracker Barrel although service was lacking yesterday we were served food with no utensil and she didn’t come back for about 5 - 10 min waitress took drink and food order from table next to us before going to go hunt down utensils
Biscuit and corn bread were defiantly lacking dry and burned very sad
I like this cracker barrel the food was delicious the drinks were not that appetizing. The service was ok. I alway get their meat loaf combo with three sides( green beans, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes with brown gravy thank me later.
Cracker barrel is always one of those restaurants that never "sounds good at the moment", but I'm never disappointed when we go! Food is consistent, and I love that they have healthy options. Prices & service are great, too! Favorite part has to be the store though! So many good things.
Today Sunday I had lunch with my family at this Baytown location and it was at least a 30-40 minute wait. Food was okay but… service was excellent. Our waiter was Richard and he always had a smile on his face. Excellent service made up for the wait. Richard came by our table and asked if everything was okay and asked if we needed anything. I appreciate great customer service. You really don’t see that these days. I would suggest for us to be able to pay at our tables or maybe waiter’s can have a tablet where we can make our payment with them in order to avoid getting in line in the store where there is no actual way to tell where the line is on a busy day. Store was a little crowded and people skipped infront of us because there was no way of telling where the line started or ended. Everyone was just kind of all over the place.
Great & reliable restaurant for down-home American style food. We always know we're going to get a great meal & good service at any location we stop at, & this one was no different. TJ did an amazing job serving us. Couldn't go wrong with my normal Mama's Pancakes order. Delicious! Highly recommend!
Ordered the country fried steak with over medium eggs and hash brown casserole and it was really good. Food was hot as well packed. Mrs. Sara up front was a pleasure to talk to. Hopefully I get another chance to stop by before leaving town.
