They do a great job. One small complaint, The food is a bit bland, requires better seasoning. However, ever thing else was great. A very polite well spoken woman answered the phone and understood my order first go. Delivery was faster than expected. Portion sizes were better than expected. And you could see and taste the quality of the ingredients. Just a bit more seasoning. but I highly recommend especially if you like the blander side of things.

There was a time when I arrived just a few minutes after closing, yet the owner waited patiently for me to pick up my order. The food arrived promptly, still steaming hot and beautifully packaged. After a long Thursday, it was such a joy to have a hassle-free dinner delivered right to our doorstep. The entire family gathered around the table, sharing laughter and enjoying the delightful flavors of our favorite Chinese dishes. All in all, this local family-owned American Chinese food restaurant is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it gets. The food is actually quite good, and the chicken with broccoli and the hot and sour soup tastes delicious. Moreover, there is a lovely new lady (Susan?) who looks young and pretty at the front desk who is exceptionally kind and has better manners than other ladies before. I definitely plan on returning for her.

This is our favorite Chinese takeout in this area, which says a lot. Chow is way above average across the board, but we really love their steamed pork dumplings, steamed shrimp dumplings and ribs. Although everything is great, these items are outstanding. We don't live in the area anymore, but we will go way out of our way to get Chow.

I order from here through UberEats every time I want delivery, and it's been absolutely perfect every single time. I've never been disappointed in the food, ever! Me and my husband get the Sweet and Sour Chicken Combo, the Boneless Ribs Combo, and the Scallion Pancakes every time we order, plus more if we can afford it, and it's always delicious. :)
