LITERALLY WISH I COULD GIVE zero stars. Spent over a half hour on line to not even get something to eat. So did multiple other individuals who waited on line 30 minutes prior to my arrival. The staff management was poorly handled the workers were more focused on online orders although most came in while others were waiting for their orders to even be attended to. THIS WAS INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING, CAUSED LONG LINE and customers to LEAVE including myself!

The food is good, if you don't mind waiting like 30 mins because of the short staffing. The teriyaki chicken always runs out fast and you have to wait 15 mins for the next batch or get something else you don't want. If your patience is thin, don't even bother with this place. There is a five guys and a subway across the street.

Slow service and make customers wait due to orders thru app. Short staffed badly managed today during lunch time staff decided to go cash only when had customers on line of over 10 people but offered customers options of app which doesn't have their entire menu and if app can take a credit cards

Their food is really good, and they are always busy. No better Indication of how good they are. Prices are ok.

Surprised we couldn't dine inside by now so had to sit at tables outside in the rain. We ordered Steak & Shrimp, Orange Chicken, and Teriyaki Chicken bowls all with fried rice; food was good. Service is okay.
