Friendly service, went through the drive through, if was fast to get the food, wasn't overly hot so had to warm everything up once I got home, but I expected that would be the case. Everything had great taste. The only real down fall is the extremely high cost to there food.

Still afraid of Covid? Drive thru only? Get a clue. Won't ever come back here. Much better places to eat. Wife sent me here for chicken. Jacked up prices and can't enter the store. People are done with the ridiculousness. You'll be out of business soon.

This KFC in Baxter is the absolute worst!!! The management is so rude and the chicken is hard as rock, like it has been sitting in a deep fryer overnight. The biscuits are also hard. If you complain they don't care! We will never go there again!!!

Biscuit was hard as a rock, fries were old and cold, chicken fingers were the worst we have ever experienced at any KFC in any of the 11 states we have stopped in at. The only thing good at all was the lemonade. We will not be returning to the Baxter KFC.

Our 5 peice chicken strip meal was hard as a rock! And I mean everything from the chicken to the biscuit. I took it back and was told we were given a new one, which was handed back within 15 sec. And was told it was approved my the general manager, looked just like the one I gave to them in the first place! I was very disappointed.

Haven't bought Kentucky fried chicken and sides for quiet awhile, kind of pricey, but my husband brought it home for lunch for a surprise! But was i ever dissatisfied and disappointed!! Biscuits were half the size they used to be, and hard, the mashed potatoes tasted like they were mashed with water!! No flavor and not creamy like they used to be. Sorry, but I won't waste my time there again!
