Bought 3 drinks. The frap. Was ok but got 2 Mango Dragonfruit that were all water. There was only tiny bits a Dragonfruit, totally a disappointment. I have bought the Mango Dragonfruit at other Starbucks and it was ALOT better

placed an online order at 2:57pm on a busy day and the 3 drinks i got were ready in less than 10 minutes. 5 stars, appreciate their hard work!

Took 20 minutes to hand us a lemon cake. Out of all other breakfast foods. Online orders that included food were not being fulfilled and they were being send to the end of a long line for refunds.

I used to really enjoy going to the Baxter Starbucks but recently I’ve noticed that the baristas running drive through are becoming pretty rude. They make literally no attempt to engage with their customers. The last time I came the guy just shoved the card machine in my face without saying anything and then handed me my stuff and shut the door in my face before I even had a chance to say thank you. I understand that it is incredibly busy most days, but as a former Starbucks barista myself it is not that difficult to say “hello! Your total is $13.76! Enjoy, have a good day!” It’s 10 seconds of your shift to at least fake it for a tip. More than likely I’ll just go to brainerd where they’re actually kind.

The new hours are ridiculous. Was there 5 minutes before closing last night in the drive through but they wouldn’t take my order. Cause they close at 5pm. Miss the old days when coffee shops were open early closed late. Done patronizing this one. Also, Most people want coffee before work not 10 am!

Please add strawberries to your pink drinks they go inside! August 30th I ordered two pink drinks this morning asked for light ice. Is it really that hard?!? This location makes the worst drinks! The one inside target makes the best and has the nicest employees!

A barista named Cass Davis pulled out a sharpened screw driver and threatened to skewer me like a kabob then screeched like a air raid siren until I left when I said I don’t recognize earth day. Was a little sad I didn’t get a drink and my ears hurt from the screaming, but I do appreciate someone standing up for their beliefs.
