Mcdonald's

I come to Battle Mountain to visit family. Every time we’ve come to this McDonald’s before driving home, the food has been a joke. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and some fries today and this is what I got. The small amount of chocolate that was on the ice cream was cold and hard and looked like chocolate worm. And we ordered a medium fry, but I guess they only had enough for a small. Guess I’ll have to wait till we get back to Elko for our sweet treats and/ or food.

There were signs on the door saying the lobby was open, that only 3 people are allowed inside at a time, and that masks are required, which would have been great. But the doors were locked even though there were 2 people sitting in the lobby, who just looked at us. We realized they might be people that worked there so we tried the door again and when they looked at us again we motioned for them to open the door. One of them came to the door, with no mask on, and said the lobby was closed. So we went through the drive-through, and everyone working it had a mask... around their chin. Had we needed anything besides a drink we would have gone somewhere else.

The sign on door reads 3 people only. I wait in line outside while another family (more than 3) ordered food. When it was my turn i entered with 2 of kids we were told no more than 3. I am confused and say there is 3 and the man tells me that my minor children needs to wait outside with the rest of the line. We are broke down in the empty lot next door it has been a long day with Hungary kids. The only reason I brought the 2 kids i did was to help carry food and drinks back for 8 people. I ask the man if he expects me to leave my minor children outside alone with men that I don't know and she says yes. Awesome 👌 I qill take my money somewhere else. I only gave on star cause you can't leave 0. Horrible place will never return and let everyone know that this place is not safe. Do not stop here ever!. #saveourchildren
