El Aguila Real Mexican Restaurant

My son and dad was driving from Alabama to Everette Washington to the Navy base for my sons first Command. They arrived in battle mountain Nevada after driving 14 hours and stopped at Big Chief Motel for the night. The front desk associate, I think Grace recommended this restaurant and my dad who doesn’t care for the Mexican in our area hasn’t stopped talking about how good the food was and how nice the staff was! So if you haven’t tried this place it is highly recommended!! Thank you for a great meal for my two special guys!!!

Driving from CALIF TO UTAH today. Googled "best reviewed restaurants in Battle Mountain". This one came up so we tried it. We weren't sure what to think at first but it did not disappoint!!!! It was DELICIOUS! I would HIGHLY recommend it. I had the Veggie Fajitas and my son had the Beef Fajitas. If you are in the area, try it!

This restaurant is a very short distance off the highway, I-80, but it's nonetheless miles ahead of the fast food shops you'll leave behind when it comes to all other metrics, value for your money, flavors, portions, service. My advice is take a moment to get off the road and make your way to this opportunity to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine. And if you're looking for a motel, the Big Chief is locally owned and just up the road, clean, friendly. El Aguila Real and the Big Chief are a perfect pairing in this historic and remote Nevada town.
