Mod Pizza

MOD is my favorite pizza establishment. How can I resist as many toppings as I want just for one price? Even though I have many options to get creative with my pies, I tend to order the same thing over and over, a custom order. Their white sauce tastes awesome, especially with the chicken and some vegetables on top. It's also a great place to bring food to other people if you know what kind of pizza they're into. This particular branch is slower than other MODs I've been to. Today I had to wait quite a bit for the larger of the two pizzas I had ordered earlier, which was worth it but also a bit surprising since there weren't many people inside or orders before me. Service was friendly as usual, and the place was pretty clean inside. It's the only MOD around Battle Ground, so it makes sense that it's very popular in the town.

I can't believe you can get pizza this good for a price this low. Tons of fresh ingredient options, no upcharges for tons of toppings, and you're out the door in less than 15 minutes. Definitely sold on the Mod Pizza philosophy, and this location was great too. Fast, friendly, and helpful to a total noob.

I was very disappointed with the experience I had with Mod pizza. I tried ordering some salads in advance for a party and it spiraled quickly. I attempted to order the salads in advance online using the google page and it said it was currently unavailable. So I called their number and pressed 2 to place an order, little to my knowledge, a phone service taking my call to which I was disconnected and had to redial. After calling and recalling and being on the phone for about half an hour I was told by the folks at the phone service I could not order the salads 1 day in advance and would have to call the day-of. This did not make any sense to me as I was requesting a few mega-size salads, but I thanked them anyway and took their directions to call the line again at about 9:30am the following day to place my order. The following day arrived, and I called the same line (this time no options for 1, 2, 3 ect.) and an employee answered, I explained why I called and they told me I need to place my order online only. That is my only option. I explained I called this line yesterday and there was an option to place an order and those folks told me they could not process the order in advance and instructed me to call today at 9:30am. They kept repeating information about ordering online is the only way and not hearing me. The employee made me feel very rushed and unheard and that they did not care to hear my situation or help me solve my issue. I feel it all was too much hassle to go through and too much time wasted for ordering pick up. The system they use is clunky and not efficient and my interactions with the staff left me feeling confused & unheard. They say you only get one chance to make a first impression, I will likely never be ordering pickup from ModPizza ever again.

These guys are amazing through the rushes and everything they maintain a smile and still keep pizzas flying out left and right. The food is always amazing and we'll priced. I've been back 4 days in a row and have not been disappointed. The girl with purple hair (I forgot her name), Ryan and Corey absolutely kick ass. I will definitely continue coming here.

Mod Pizza is usually a great eating experience, but this Battle Ground store is pretty bad. The staff was extremely slow…. I got to the restaurant ten minutes after my promised order time and was told that I had to wait and additional fifteen minutes. I patiently waited in my car, and after that wait, I got out of my car to wait by the counter and was completely ignored by the staff for ten more minutes. When I finally got my one pizza, I told them that a 50 minute wait for a curbside order is unacceptable, and they seemed not to care, and I’d say that I was quite rudely told to “Have a nice day.” This is the last time I will be going to the Battle Ground Mod Pizza.
