Nice old little mom and pop type truck stop restaurant. Food was delicious. Waited a little while longer than I expected for the food but was still a positive experience visiting.

I've lived in the Kalamazoo area for 20 years and never knew this truck stop had a restaurant! I happened to stumble on their fb page and saw several posts about their secret menu and had to visit! I've now been a few times, and each meal has been wonderful. One of the last mom and pop diners around
I drive past this mom and pop truck stop daily and never stop!! Today I had time to stop and man am I glad I did… staff was friendly and food was amazing!!! Service was very slow. Server's were extremely overworked but friendly. Tables were dirty upon arrival and had to wait for them to be washed. The food was good. If they can get all the kinks worked out of running a restaurant, it will be a nice place to eat. I'm looking forward to trying one of the
My first time was an interesting experience. The food was great, dessert was even better. I do wish they had their own entrance and didn't share one with the gas station, but... It is what it is. Staff and servers were friendly. We will be back. Pricing is spot on with the amount they give you!!

Small truck stop with gravel lot. 80’s style place with nice diner. They are not open 24 hrs a day but they do have port a potties out in the lot for when they are closed. The staff was very friendly, the waitress was on top of everything, top notch. -1 star for the giant craters in the parking lot.
Food is good and portions are gooder. Friendly staff that will interact with you or leave you alone when you are conversing with your group. I've been to Arlene's a few times and will continue to visit.
The staff was super friendly!! Our waitress was so calm and patient with us! The food was absolutely delicious!! Probably some of the best onion rings and cold slaw I have ever had! Definitely have this place marked so we can stop by again when we come back through!!
Best hash browns I've ever had. Most hash browns are over cooked. These were slightly under / perfectly cooked - not brown. You could taste the buttery goodness.
We got there and it felt so homey and welcoming, the food came fast and it was amazing and as I leaving one of the workers gave me a piece of cake for free because I couldn’t afford one!! She was so sweet!
The restaurant had this 1970's/1980's vibe to it. The food was incredible and the service was incredible.
The waitresses were polite and engaging. Very enjoyable experience. Plenty of truck parking.

The food alone was good the service is always on site an pleasant the atmosphere is down to earth had several conversations with other guest an the staff while dinning definitely recommend here
