Both burgers and fries were not fresh! As a former fast food employee I never serve customers cold old food! Don't matter if it's off the dollar menu. Burger King's Regional Manager need to look into these restaurants. Serving old food should against the law! The Bk on Scenic Hwy, Airline Hwy and The BK on Plank Rd all need to be looked into!

It was awful. Lady that at window had a bad attitude. She said stupid. I will never go again
my co-worker went there today 6/21/22 and i forgot but was hungry and just told her to bring me something back. didn't know she was going there. the french fries was stale and cold, like they been sitting there for months, whopper just thrown in wrapper. they should really close this place down. i will never send anyone unless i know they are not going there. i whether starve to death before i go there or send anyone to bring me something back. i will call and make a formal complaint, like what's it's going to do.

The BK on Florida should be closed down because half of the time they don't want to wait on you and when they do they're VERY RUDE!!!!! I wouldn't remand this place at all

They got my order wrong too (but it was past my bedtime so it's not like I could tell). When I bit into the squishy yellow fries it just reminded me of my dead dog and then I broke down into uncontrollable sobbing. The supposedly spicy chicken sandwich I ordered wasn't spicy either, and I acquired an ant bite while sitting in my driveway to eat the thing. The people working didn't wear a mask so that made me scared that I'd catch the '49&rona. But the food I brought back for my grandmother made her happy, so I'm giving this 5 stars*
*I'm never eating here again though.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. On top of being really slow with the "fast food", they have a very bad attitude. Not recommended. 👎 I can't give them 0 stars, otherwise I would.
