Mcdonald's

Placed a mobile order for a free rewards burger and some fries, went to the drive-thru and gave them my order code, and then the entire drive-thru staff started a problem saying that I still needed to pay for an already-paid-for order, and then added multiple things to my order that I did not ask for. They proceeded to yell at me as I showed them the details of my order on my phone, and tried to give me things I did not order. They never gave me my order, and I have contacted customer support for a refund as they have now charged me an extra $10 for food I did not request.

Just went there to order and no one answered at the drive through. Drove around and some someone sitting at the window where they collect the money. So, I guess they are to freaking lazy and don’t want to work. Online says open till 11, but you can’t tell if they open or not because none of their outside building lights are on. You might want to hire people who actually want to work. 🤬

So normally I don’t review things, but I’ve had enough of this staff. So incredibly inconsistent. One day they are fine, the next they are rude and inconsiderate. Today, my wife was trying to get a large 4A meal, with no pickles and add cheese, with a large drink. Instead she is cut off mid order, twice and when she was driving up to the window for her food, the man at the window without a word, shoves the food and drink out and promptly close the window. To top it off, the meal was wrong. She was given medium and nothing added to the sandwich. True, the food part isn’t that big of a deal, but if a customer pays for it, they get it. And the absolute worst part about it all was that they weren’t busy, right around 11 am, so not even in the lunchtime rush. I just don’t understand inconsiderate rudeness and the inability to perform a job competently.

Absolutely awful McDonald's. I've never had even a passably good experience at this trash location, it's gotten to where if I really want McDonald's that bad, I'll drive a further distance out of my way to go somewhere else. The employees are rude, they don't know their own menu, the speaker system at the drive thru never works, they're slow, they always mess up your order. Seriously, there's a McDonald's on damn near every block, don't waste your time or money at the one on the corner of Jefferson and Drusilla.

Mcdonalds what is this abomination of a large fry this isn’t even a kids meal fry size. On top of that staff is abysmal and always giving attitude like I’m sorry you had to take my order today. Completely my fault that I showed up to a mcdonalds and made a simple order and you have every right to give me attitude (sarcasm).
