This is the worst subway location ever.
I ordered a footlong sandwich twice back to back with app. Guess what they have for me. Just one foot long sandwich and keep arguing with me. She said that I need to order two sandwiches in one ticket next time. I said you can make my 2nd footlong sandwich or refund the 2nd order. She’s still arguing about the coupon can be applied to only one order. Well so i told her to call subway corporate and app developers about it but not to me. Guess what she said to next customer who was asking about coupon. She said “ We don’t take coupons anymore”. She didn’t even apologize me.

Employee put wrong condiment on sandwich, no biggie...till it was. Employee cast blame, instead of taking responsibility. Told me that's what I wanted, had no response when I said that's what I wanted when I said no when you picked up the bottle, no a second time a little louder while waving my hands while she pounded bottle on prep table. Will not be back. Took money to Subway on Jones Creek. They are 5 Stars.
