Sonic Drive-in

I would not recommend this place. I ordered the Big Dill, but they couldn't "make" it for me because it wasn't in the system. Ordered a combo, but they never rung it up. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get the other combo I ordered. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, came without bacon. My burger was ordered without onions, came with onions. Took almost 30 minutes to get 2 hot dogs, 2 burgers, and mozzarella sticks, not to mention the extra 10 minutes for them to correct the missing item. No motivation to make the customers experience better

This location used to be awesome, but now they rarely get your order right unless you order it in the app. They will lie and say things are out of stock and take their precious little time. This location has really gone down in terms of timeliness. If you have an hour to burn to get a fast food burger, try your luck. If not, keep trucking to the next spot.

Rather slow to fill orders, even when the order was made from the app. Gave incorrect breakfast burrito (ordered bacon, got sausage). At least the food was tasty, but be warned the speed of service leaves something to be desired and you may want to verify your order is correct before you start eating.

Place an order and asked for ez ice. The initial drink I received was more than halfway full of ice so I used the red button to request my drink be corrected. I was not rude or ugly when I made the request. After waiting 5 minutes and no action I walked to the door to get my drink corrected. The girl at the register took my cup, told it would be corrected and brought back out to me. I guess being spiteful or petty the next drink was more than 3/4 full of ice. I'm not about to play with people who serve my food because now I don't trust you to make my food correctly. When you are having a bad day don't take it out on the customer.
