Mcdonald's

There was a problem with my order in the drive-thru, so they asked me to drive around to the front of the building. The wait was very short, and they made certain that my order was correct and that I was satisfied before I left. You can't get it right every single time, so on those occasions it's about how you recover, and they did Great.

A pretty convenient McDonald’s downtown that close to a lot of business and they have lotta space and right on the street Pros: Right off the exit off the interstate and you can turn right and it’s right there on the street. Pretty big size so you can see it easily. They have a new decoration and brand new remodeled Cons: Long wait and the line is always long there might be lotta different people from all walks of life so you have to deal with it. I hate to wait so that’s why They got less points from me

DISGUSTING!!! Visited this location on 3/21/22 between12:50-1:15 pm). Witnessed one of the managers (Caucasian, long black hair, wearing a long black shaw, Tammy) touch the trash can near the fry station with both hands & push it back. She also touched her hair repeatedly. This manager did not wash her hands & resumed bagging people's food. I was so disgusted I asked one of the other managers ( African American, only one wearing a blue shirt) if she could bag my son's food. You can't possibly expect employees to have food sanitation practices if management does not. That's just nasty!!! 5 stars to the manager who assisted me without hesitation. . I won't even bother requesting contact from the Owner's organization. They'll just send an email stating that they've called multiple times, but wasn't able to reach me which would be a lie.

Fries are cold, they didn’t give us sauce for the nuggets, and my drink is about an inch from the top, no ice was added. They also didn’t give us straws. I’m… amazed. It took five minutes for anyone to answer at the box despite the place having no customers. Edit: Had an uberEats order from here, followed instructions just for them to tell me to go through the 20+ minute drive thru line and THEN tell me to pull around front. I’m so done with this location. Thank you specifically for making it even harder to make my rent!

We went in here around 7:00 PM on Sunday April 28, 2019. The restaurant was almost empty with the exception of two tables. As you can see by the pictures the place looked disgusting. Where you fill your drinks there was spilled drinks and trash everywhere. The trash can was overflowing as well. So the restaurant wasn’t busy at all but the employees weren’t cleaning what so ever. My fries were cold and they were out of a certain sauce for the nuggets. Horrible atmosphere with sub par customer service, like most McDonalds these days. We won’t be returning.
