Subway

Super friendly and very family oriented. Visit Ms. LILLY and Katelyn!!! We won the deal of the day and where so nice to my kids. The location is super clean and snug away from all traffic so super safe!!! Thanks ladies, oh im headed to atm to get that tip!!!!! To whom it many concern Corporate, They need bonuses or raises!!! They just earned my forever business!!!!!!!

Starving and looking for a Subway in the BR area. Went to 5 Subway locations and none had on masks (during the COVID-19 pandemic) We came to this location and not only did both employees had their own mask on but they were very helpful and pleasant. The location is very clean and the topping jars had the lid on so no air particles could get on it. The food was superb. The employees thanked us for having on masks as well. There were chairs that were 6 feet apart from the ordering stations. The outside exterior is far different and more upper class than normal Subway locations.

I am new to this area and Ordered three sandwiches and tried to use coupon subway sent out in a text. Apparently the coupon did not load correctly ( my luck it loaded fine after I got home). The female at the register was doing paperwork and could not have cared any less about me. In fact walked away and had the young female that made my sandwiches ring me up. The heavy set make was making his salad and that was all he was worried about. I only mentioned the coupon when I first entered. I say this because this crew was not rude but were very unfriendly and standoffish. The closest subway is about a mile away and that’s where I will go from now on. I refuse to spend my money where I am not made to feel comfortable.

This Subway is the cleanest one I've been to with the most efficient and helpful manager I've ever met. The bread, meats, and vegetables are always super fresh, too! It seems like the manager works there 24/7 but if you're lucky enough to have him making your sandwich, it will be perfect every time and you'll be in and out in no time! This has got to be the Best location in Baton Rouge. If it's not the closest Subway to you but yours is just kind of "ehhh", then it's worth the drive! Just hop on the interstate.

This is at least the 3rd time I have come to this subway in baton rougr on highland road by heavenly donut and and its at least 15 minutes past opening time and they are not open. Its 7:25 am and they are not open yet. When they should have been open at 7. If you can't open on time maybe the hours should be changed. Today someone is actually in there but the door is locked which may even make it worse since you think they would open door at any moment but nope. Usually its completely dark. At least 3 customers were disappointed today while we were waiting for nothing. I do not think I can support this location any longer even though it is the closet to my work location.
