Rude ghetto manager! Even though it's a 2 dollar meal. Customer service is still important to me. I didn't see bacon so I brought it back and the manager was so rude and said wow she sees bacon. Didn't even remake it just gave it back to me and said I would have to pay more.

On this Sunday morning I got a fresh croissant made without cheese, at my request, by a very nice person! Awesome visit !!

Did you ever notice that McDonald’s has 2 drive speakers and they are always packed. That’s because the employees are well trained and know how to conduct a fast food business. This Burger King had one car when I went through at 5:30 in the evening. After 10 minutes the customer cursed the manager over the speaker phone out. And she left. I wish I would have because it took me 20 minutes to go through the drive through and I had to pull over to the side in the number 1 spot and wait for the fries to be fried. When I paid I asked for my receipt. They said the machine is broke we don’t give receipts. And I see why they won’t fix it because then you would do a survey online. If you want a bad day, go there!😆

Staff was quite friendly but the food, though my order was correct it was room temperature at best. Great smiles, not so good food. I didn't pay for smiles, I paid for food. Fail.

Extremely RUDE management. This is the most ghetto Burger King ever. Absolutely NO customer service experience. I walked in to order and was rudely told that the lobby was closed. A WYT person went in behind me and she was allowed to order!!! I sat in the parking lot to make sure she came out with her order. She did!!! I will be calling the corporate office. Very SAD! Grade = F

Met the district manager. Mr. Richard Hull- Jennings. He was very friendly, kind and helpful.
He had the place decorated nice for Saint Patrick's Day. I must add he has a very nice singing voice.

The food was okay. The problem was the rude cashier working there. I don't expect great service, although that would be nice, but this chick was just mean. If you hate your job ... quit.
