Ruffino's

My husband and I had our reception with Ruffino’s at De La Ronde Hall, and it is difficult to describe how truly incredible this venue is. Having our reception here was hands down one of the best decisions that we made, and we feel extremely blessed to have celebrated our day here. Sarah, the event coordinator, is amazing. She is extremely professional, kind, and patient, and she genuinely cares about the success of the event. Sarah went out of her way to ensure that my husband and I had what we desired and what we needed for our reception. She is incredibly accommodating and made the planning process and the reception itself smooth and enjoyable. Sarah met with us numerous times to discuss the details of our reception, coordinated the set-up with all of our vendors, decorated for the reception, and coordinated the timing of the reception. In addition to providing outstanding service, she is honestly hilarious and a joy to work with. We truly enjoyed working with Sarah and all of the members of her team, including Jennie and Lakyn. Together they made our reception beautiful, memorable, and fun. The food and service at the venue was also fantastic. Everything on the menu was delicious, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed all of the food. All of the servers were kind and professional, and they helped to make our guests feel welcome. Our servers ensured that my husband and I were able to eat and that we always had a drink if we wanted one. Their attentiveness was something we greatly appreciated. Aside from the outstanding food and service, the venue itself is beautiful. It was such a welcoming and enjoyable setting for our reception. The size was accommodating for all of our guests, and the tables, chairs, and linens provided by the venue looked great in the space. We appreciated that we did not have to rent any of these items for the reception. Overall, we cannot say enough good about this venue! We absolutely loved having our reception here, and we highly recommend them to anyone!

After careful consideration and several trips to Baton Rouge to visit venues, I chose Ruffino's for the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding in late December. Since the wedding was very large and very formal, I had to be sure that the rehearsal dinner would be one that we would be proud to host....boy, did I choose the ideal place! EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect! From the first moment I met with Jenny, my concerns were put to rest. Nothing was too much trouble. She took care of my every need and request. The food was expertly prepared and delicious...we chose 3 entrees: an 8 oz. filet, a veal dish and a fish dish. All three were perfect! The open bar was ideal for our group. The wait staff was extremely attentive and professional. The room is beautiful and was exquisitely decorated for the Christmas season. My husband an I received many compliments from everyone in attendance. I highly recommend this beautiful place for any type of function. Great job, Jenny, and the entire staff!

My wedding was amazing! Thanks to Amanda and Mindy and their team at Ruffino's. All our guests raved about the taste, amount and selection of all the delicious foods. We were scheduled to be married at another venue, but flooding prevented it from happening. I believe that Ruffino's de la ronde hall was meant for us. Amanda was organized and kept us on track throughout our wedding and reception. She handled everything in a short time period. I would definitely recommend anyone Ruffino's for their event. Thanks again ladies!!!
