Which Wich

I really like Which Wich. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, including all of the custom options. I love the fries they recently introduced. I would have reviewed it higher, but the place is consistently severely understaffed. The fact that during lunch there is only one employee trying to take orders, keep everything stocked, and make sandwiches is a little crazy. Granted, the employees are always working hard trying to serve everyone. But one employee during lunch? I thought maybe someone called in sick, but this has been every visit I've made to Which Wich in the past few weeks.

I enjoyed the ordering style of this sandwich shop. You write your order on a paper bag, including how you want the sandwich dressed. It's so much more efficient than yelling your order at the people making your sandwich. Plus you will not get stuck behind someone on their phone, not paying attention and SLOWLY ordering their sandwich, which is what usually happens to me at other sandwich shops. My sandwich tasted great too!

Tried this place for the first time and I liked my sandwich but my bread was warm and I wasn't expecting that. I didn't see a place on my bag where I marked warm so not sure why it was. Other than that my sandwich tasted great, fresh ingredients and made exactly how I requested with light oil & vinegar. It's 3 stars because of the bread otherwise I would give it a 5.

🚨🚨replying to locations response: When I initially called to ask if the time could be arranged earlier he said no which was fine then proceeded to say that I’d need to pickup regardless of the time. Thanks for your prompt response. Placed an online order for DELIVERY, called to confirm and spoke with Deonte. He informed me id need to pick it up if i wanted the food. I communicated with him that was not possible and i needed to speak with the manager, he declined and said he attempted to call him twice (i never received the name). I then told him to cancel the order as i had to have it delivered (for work) ans they should remove the delivery option when placing an online order. this was at 10:35 am, fast forward to 12:30 (original delivery time) i have Jeremy with post mates calling and texting me asking if i need this order delivered....????? NO I CANCELED IT BC DEONTE TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T. I have always had great experiences in the past with Erica for large orders. I am not sure if they are under new management or ownership but the customer services is lacking significantly. I sure hope this was a fluke thing bc we will not frequent this establishment in the future if this is the new norm. I am keeping an eye out on my card to make sure i am not charged for this canceled order.

The staff wasn't super talkative, but the cashier answered my questions thoroughly and they didn't take too long to make everything, so I was happy. It was my first visit to a which Wich and I was very pleased that they offer the lettuce wrap and I also really like the methodology of the setup. Checking off what you want leaves no room for indecisiveness, I was really impressed with that. The turkey lettucewich was great and my husband enjoyed his superfood wich!
