Amazing staff and amazing pizza! The garlic knots were out of this world. Fried up like a sudo beignet topped with garlic.. and the whipped cheese it came with � oh so good. The crispy crust on the pizza was the best part! If you like crust as much as I do, do not sleep on this place. 10/10 would recommend.

An excellent meal! I highly recommend the Big Piggy, but make sure to get it with the egg! We didn’t get the garlic knots, but when the table next to us did, we were sorry we didn’t! We won’t make that mistake again! The gelato is the best I’ve had outside of Italy!! I’ll definitely be back! A great addition to Mid-City! Our waitress, Kia, was very personable and attentive, and I was impressed that the owner, Ozzy, took the time to talk with us for a while!

This was a great experience and the food was amazing. This is not your typical pizza. Wood burning oven the give you that nice crisp on the outside with great flavor. They have an amazing selection of drinks, appetizers, entrees, pizza, and desserts. You will enjoy the atmosphere and a great place for a date night or just to have fun. You have to try this place out if you haven’t already. Love it.

Everything we had was superb! They do an amazing job of pairing flavors on their house pizzas! We had 5 different pizzas AND the garlic knots which are a must try! They come with a whipped ricotta I think it was that will blow you away! It was so light and fluffy. We also tried the shrimp crossing but just be warned that it is served cold which threw me off a little but it still tasted good. We had the shrimp diavlo, carnosa, Giordano, ripieno, and the mushroom medley. All of the flavors were unique and wowed in a different way! The crust isn't paper thin like some woodburning others. My least favorite was the Giordano only because the ricotta was a little much for me. I enjoyed every single other pizza we had. I'd say the shrimp diavlo and the mushroom were my favorites. The mushroom medley surprised me because it had a white sauce! It wasn't overwhelming or too thick. We went for lunch so it wasn't crowded or busy and everything came out quickly! Our server was very nice and made sure we were comfortable. The music was nice and not too loud, which our waitress did ask if it was too loud for us as we were the first ones there. We were seated by the refrigerator so they were coming in and out a lot but they Apologized each time they came through. It was also a very cute restaurant! Very open kind of industrial theme! I'll definitely go back and try their happy hour which consists of special pricing on food and drinks!

Awesome food, the whipped provolone and garlic knots were the best, interesting cocktail menus as well. I had a half pesto, half pistachio- both good, I probably liked the pistachio better, the carnore was very good as well.

Love this place! The seasonal specials are phenomenal (butternut squash stuffed shells?!? HELLO!! 🔥) and the main menu is always on point. You have to start with the garlic knots and whipped provolone. Perfect little twisted pieces of heaven with lots of garlic and lemon, and the light and fluffy provolone clouds top every bite off to create a masterpiece in your mouth. My husband loves the pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, and I haven’t found a dish I didn’t love. One of my favorite spots in Baton Rouge for sure!

The service was awesome! I had a cocktail, garlic knots, and a Margherita pizza! All were delicious. My favorite part of my meal was the whipped provolone! ( I got some to go!) I can't wait to go back.

I love pizza and have tried many places in different states, so to impress my pallet can be a challenge. I happend upon a magazine in Baton Rouge one day and on the cover they had an image of a pizza and the restaurants name was Rocca. The image was very appealing so I thought, I must try this specific pizza that was pictured. The pizza was called their "Pistachio" pizza, under their white pie category, and the toppings included pistachios, bacon, yukon gold potatoes, fresh mozzarella, rosemary, and local honey. Now this is not even close to what I would normally order for myself when it comes to pizza. I usually go for a red pie with different meats. When I tell you this Pistachio pizza has changed me, I can't quite believe the experience myself. The flavor combination made me FEEL things. It was like being transported to Naples, sitting at a table for one overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea during sunset while having an Eat, Pray, Love moment. I don't know what kind of "Simply Irresistible" magic they got going on up in that kitchen but I swear it almost made me cry because this pizza literally took me to another place without moving from my seat and gave me life. 10/10

Garlic knots alone rank this place 10/10 - whipped provolone - what??!! didn't even know that was a thing - incredible flavor. We had three pizzas and they were all amazing - margarita, prosciutto, pesto - all good. Convenient location, very friendly staff. Good vibe. If you hit peak time you may have to wait. Clean. Highly recommend!

Who would have ever thought a pizza with pistachios would be this awesome. My little girl devoured a pizza minus one slice by herself. The decor and the vibe there where definitely Government St. art district.
