I’m gonna start off saying that I absolutely love Cracker Barrel Pancakes. By far the best. I could eat them everyday if it were up to me and not my body 😂 so whenever I get a chance to indulge gracefully. This morning I ordered the grandma sampler to go. As I’m getting ready to eat I noticed there was no seal on my syrup. Then the first pancake tasted weird. I thought it was just my taste buds but after I got to the second one I flipped it over only to find out that word taste was a burnt pancake. Only the good side was visible. I would like a fresh replacement meal. Please.

The food here was fantastic. Absolutely delicious! Our server Daisha was delightful and so were my pan cakes.
Other than 2 other waitresses walking past us without a greeting or hello when we first sat down even after noticing we hadn't even initially been greeted or drink orders taken everything was wonderful!

I am a cracker barrel fixture. So to say was I disappointed, was a understatement. My feelings was hurt. For them to serve my granddaughter a dirty plate looking like this I was appalled. The service started to fall short after. Not looking for hand outs but i was almost done eating when they brought her food back out.so unfair for an 8 yo. Of course i offered her some of mine. 😊

I don't ask for much when I eat out, I would like it to be clean, I would like it to be hot, I would like it to be tasty and I would like some service.
I did not get any of these at this Cracker Barrel.
the plates where not clean, the food was cold (The gravy was so thick it wouldn't run, you had to spoon it). The manager (or someone) had to tell the waitress to bring us our drinks. the corn and the mashed potatoes had no taste at all. bathroom smelled bad and the floor was sticky. The menu had the wrong price and they would not honor the menu price which was less. missing part of our order.

That apple butter will never not be my favorite! Those biscuits are heavenly and the hashbrown casserole needs some type of award. People were friendly and courteous as always. There was a 45 min wait, but it was a Sunday morning and it's Cracker Barrell- everyone goes there on Sunday. It's manna from heaven. Lol I was all over that sugar cured ham and fried catfish with my cheese grits.

My last few experiences here have been subpar. No one answers the phone when you order curbside, waited 40 mins to get ice cold food which had to be sent back. And now for some odd reason, the pancakes are always flimsy, rubbery and greasy. Just a waste of time and money

I'll eat Cracker Barrell every other day, if it were closer to my house. The apple butter, that hashbrown casserole, and the fried fish are my fsvorites- Lord, the sugar cured ham just tickles my tummy!! 😭I'd sure like some biscuits and apple butter right now.

Food was great. Staff very nice . Giving 4 stars since they were out of 5 different things I wanted that were listed on the menu. This is the second time I came here and three or more items they have on menu is not available. One sirloin steak meal I ordered the first time I came was very slim and about 4 inches long. (Not much of a steak in my opinion) but that's ok. The store was willing to reimburse me for that one meal) 55 dollars the second visit for three full course meals around 11.99 each. They serve breakfast all day as well. Cute little shop in the restaurant (semi expensive for things but great quality and a variety of home decor ) Would eat here again.
