Stopped for early lunch. Fries were good but chicken wings had that weird rubbery texture. Took out a sticky bun that was pretty good reheated.

Those poor waitresses were running like crazy. They need more servers. The food was great, coffee was excellent but could have used more. The waitresses were doing the best they could.

The loaded potatoes were really good but the toast was burned. The sticky bun was really good. The rack on a 3% surcharge for paying with a card. That's more than the processing fees. I won't go back because of that.

This is not the Chat-A-Whyle of my childhood... I haven't been in the area for years and while visiting friends they suggested Chat-A-Whyle for dinner. I was hesitant because my childhood memories of the place were lack luster. Turns out this restaurant is only the same by name. It was a great surprise- the menu was fresh and there were several items that I'd love to come back for. We had a great server and a really good meal. I recommend revisiting this place if its been a few years since your last visit.

The vibe of the restaurant was fantastic, and I absolutely loved the black board special idea. The staff was very friendly, and we got our food pretty quick even though there were a lot of people there that night. The wings were absolutely delicious! I also enjoyed the hard cider they had as well. However we weren't a big fan of the blooming onion and thought I was a bit burnt. Other then that I definitely recommend this place ❤️ Also don't forget to try their sticky buns if you like sweet treats!

A very lovely restaurant in a beautiful town of Bath. The food is freshly prepared and extremely yummy. The portion size is really generous. The customer service is outstanding and the place is pretty huge and clean. I tried their “Rachel” sandwich with homemade chips. Their house made chips are worth having. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for food. Everything is beyond expectation. Highly recommend this restaurant.
