Burger tasted like it came out of the garbage. Bit into something hard and pulled it out of my mouth to find a plastic bread tie in my burger. Imagine if it would’ve been a kids food, someone could’ve choked. I am beyond disappointed.

I ordered my food from the app, and it was NOTHING like when I ordered! I understand that it’s the end of the night and everyone is ready to go home but if I’m spending my money I at least want to enjoy my food. What you order, & what they bring out are two different things, the sonic in Batesville MS has really bad service and bad food. We ordered a large cheese tot with extra cheese, what we got was a small tot & fries with little to no cheese on it, they came & got it, forgot about us, & after about 5-10 mins of waiting I called back to ask where my food was at, they brought me the same small tots and fries back with more cheese, now my food is cold, they did not remake it, I would highly avoid stopping at this sonic, Grenada, MS has the best sonic

Took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get food then they left out footlong coney. Called back and got attitude but finally got after they delivered car next to me 4 footlong coneys. Then carhop actually rolled her eyes at me and slung it at me

I love it because it's local but because we are a tiny one horse town delivery of product is last on on list so you don't get whipp cream on shakes or they can't make specialty shakes or add fruit to drinks it's a bummer I really love whipp cream🥺

Ordered 2 medium Butterfinger blast, no butterfinger mixed in just dump on the top. Had to stop and buy candy bar and mix it in ourself.
