Chili's

Bar area seating closed. Olivia was off so you may as well close the joint. One server. One hostess. 15 minutes to be seated because I don’t guess they have anyone cleaning tables either. Items unavailable to make lunch menu items. Would be a good place to have a restaurant and bar. We left. Don’t know that we’ll be back. Would have given NO stars today if I could. Pitiful!!!!

Their website says that they encourage calling ahead in order to make a reservation. When attempting to do so they refused to take it over the phone stating that they must be made on their app. After downloading the app we discovered there was no way to do so. After calling back and explaining that to them they still refused to take a reservation over the phone. Upon arrival they told us there would be a wait time of over an hour and that we should have made a reservation. Unhelpful, Uncaring, and unwilling to meet us half way. Do yourself a favor and go to a restaurant that actually cares. Keep in mind, some in our party were regulars.

Our orders came out of the kitchen in random order with one of us being served our appetizers and the other not. When I questioned if they had forgotten the other appetizer they brought it out with his meal. I received my meal about when he was finishing his. The food was just okay. Our server was excellent...doing her best while obviously working well over the average number of tables.

Filthy floors and I mean disgusting! Food was well below average. They don't serve what is on the menu cooked to the way that it is described since when did boiled corn become the same as roasted. When confronted about it they simply said this is the way we do it here. Customer service was below par. Not a good representation of any chili's I have ever been to.
