Kfc

Just seems to have gone downhill so much. Expensive. For very little. I'd ordered the 8 piece tender meal and it was so nasty had to throw away. Out of spending 45 dollars.... The mt dew I got was the only good thing. It was so dirty back in the kitchen .. the bathrooms needed cleaning... It's so bad... The employees working had tattered clothes on and shoes being held together by tape or just feet sliding across the floor. . . No smiles no greetings. Not very friendly. Doesn't really make me ever want to go back.

I work in supportive living. Last week, I order the $30 meal package. It's supposed to come with 10 pieces of chicken, 2 large potatoes and gravy, 1 large come slaw, 4 biscuits, 4 cookies and drinks. I got 1 potatoes and gravy, no biscuits and no cookies. I decided I'd give them another chance, because everyone has bad days. Today, on my way to work, I stopped in and ordered the 3 piece meal. Extra crispy, dark meat with Mac and cheese and cole slaw. I waited 25 minutes for 3 piece, white and original recipe and no cole slaw. I'm done with this KFC. It's absolutely ridiculous!!

We are done with this restaurant. They consistently short us half to a third of our food. They don't answer the phone either. This time my husband tried to fix the problem at the drive through window. The lady refused to look at the receipt and told him he wasn't charged for the missing combo. It was on the receipt! The last time we contacted corporate for KFC they said they'd mail us vouchers for the missing food. We didn't receive them.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: The cashier, David, was in the middle of taking our order which was a group of 4. After the first person was finished & he asked if that was all. We told him that I was next. He then proceeded to say “Nice” sarcastically and walked away into the kitchen. Very very rude and should not be allowed to work in the customer service industry

Well, was super excited. We (my 8 year old and I) attempted KFC 2 mths ago. And was told they were out of chicken. Soo here we try for it again. After working 12 hours, and 2 jobs later i wasn't wanting to cook. So we head to batesville. As you see in the picture the drive through line was fairly long. But the kido was happy. (We dont go out to dinner often, so it was a bit of a special treat) We waited a good 22 min. Finally our turn!! Yes. We know what we want. (Not a lot, -mommas on a budget) so it wont take us long to order. Finally our turn. "Ok buddy, moms got you!" The speaker comes on, and says "We CLOSE AT 8 P.M." Wait, what? What? Umm. I look in the review mirror where there are 4 cars behind me. ? I cant go forward or back. ? My child, is fixing to be heart broken? And im still in shock. I tell the car behind me they literally just closed. 5 min go by, and i hear again "WE CLOSE AT 8" its 8:09. ?? WHAT the hell? Professional? Needless to say i should've just drove to the Harrison location. Ended up at McDonald's. Thanks KFC batesville. I definitely get your customer service feels, sorry we ended up wasting 22 min of YOUR time to tell us "WE ARE CLOSED" my bad. Thanks. @$$'es. Zero stars.
