The whole inside is disgusting. Tables and chairs hadn't been wiped down, hair on the soda machine, food and trash all over the floor. We were the only ones ordering anything, but they still didn't make any attempts to clean. The woman put my order on the counter and just walked away to stand around talking to her coworkers, until I went to get our ketchup and she said "oh your food is ready. I forgot to yell your name". Again we were their only business (window or counter) at this time! I would give it a -5 rating, if I could.

Took us 25 minutes to get through the drive through. When we got to the window everyone inside was laughing and playing. Having a good ol' time.....

Batesville AR Wendy's has seriously went down hill within the last couple years. They quality of their food seriously needs help and their customer service is very lacking. This was how I received my medium fries today.

Lady at the counter , clueless.... I had to ask her I watched her drop a nugget and try to put it back in the box , but when she seen me looking she threw it on the ground. 4 people in front of me walked out because of how slow the service is. No Coke in drink machine, was a inconvenience to fill it or fill the cup in the back. No TP in bathroom, or napkins....all the tables were dirty. Will not be back , gross

Terrible service. Manager stopped us at the door and made us use the drive thru. Cut us off repeatedly on the speaker. Placed a $40 order and none of it was right. Don't waste your money!

A large baconator combo gave me diarrhea. When I called the manager, he said that was impossible to happen in the same day. I'm an RN, & that's a lie! Salmonella can hit within hours! The SOB hung up on me!
