I had the number 11 which comes with chicken strip, a side, one onion ring and a drink if you get a combo, which I did. The chicken that was given is looking more like the jumbo popcorn chicken now a days. Not sure what happend to the strip. I gave it three stars because my hubs said the burger and beverage was good. The cherry limeade I had, tasted off, not sure if they gave me sprite zero instead of the regular. Also, no onion ring was given. Bummer. Overall wished we went elsewhere.

Disaster! Decided to try out their app for the 1/2 priced drinks, mom has loved cherry limeade since her childhood. The app was fine, fairy straight forward and we navigated it easily. I placed our order and we headed to Sonic. When we arrived, we checked into our stall number as prompted. I waited for about 15 minutes before pressing the red button and inquiring about the order. Another 3 minutes pass and out comes our order, at least part of it. It is obvious right away that one of the 1/2 priced drinks is missing. Also rather apparent, the sundae I ordered for dessert has been melting for awhile neglected and forgotten on the counter waiting delivery. The missing drink is delivered, also having been forgotten on the counter. We leave dissatisfied and head home to eat. Home is another 10 minute drive away for the sundae to melt and burgers to get cold. Upon arrival, the bag is opened, and one of the three burgers is also missing. I even joked we should have opened up the bag to check on the way home, but we didn't and I was left with only cold soggy tots for dinner. I am not sure where the break down took place but I suspect that the online orders are dealt with a bit differently than the regular carhop orders, and was overlooked.

I ordered a hot fudge classic shake. I waited forever and then over the speaker she said"whst would you like instead?"
I said what do you mean? Then she told me the hot fudge wasn't going to be ready, what flavor did I want. I ask for the caramel and waited forever for them to bring it to me.
It was terrible, it was like it had set out for awhile very liquid.
Last time I will stop there.

Placed an order on the app and showed up a few minutes later. Said I was ready on the app and a few minutes later it said "Brianna is on the way with your order." We waited like another 10 minutes and ended up having to press the button and ask them to bring it out to us. Several minutes later someone brough it out and the drinks had soda all over the lids and the ice was melted (I would imagine from just sitting there). There was 30 MINUTES from the time the order hit their kitchen to the time we got it. No apology for the wait or anything. I used to be a carhop and know things are rough sometimes but they were NOT busy when we got there and there is no excuse for this. Pathetic.

Didn't have to wait long for my food. The burger and cheese fries came out hot. The strawberry milkshake had really good flavor.

Sat outside with button pushed for 10 minutes this morning. Called to see if they were open. Someone answered the phone. Then all I got was confused answers on what time it was and what time do we open. Employees don't even know if they are supposed to be open(they are). Still haven't taken my order
