I've been here a few times this month at night and Everytime something on my order is absolutely messed up. The last straw was that I asked for gravy and when I got home and opened it, the gravy cup was just full of hot buttermilk? Like just straight up a little cup of buttermilk. Not worth coming back

So 2 weeks ago I gave a 5 star. 2 days ago staff changed and order taker AND window peson changed. Took 23 minutes more to get order filled, and was told because of call-in orders. I went same time and day as I have for last 3 nonths. (I go twice a week).
Tonight even worse. Drive-thru lane closed, AND inside closed. Little after 12, and can see a full staff getting payed to not figure a way to take care of customers!!

For the 2and time in a row I got home and my drive through order wasn't correct. How hard is it to follow very specific instructions??? I'm NEVER going here again.

It’s a whataburger so you already know it’s great.
This particular one had a singing drive through attendant. Cute n funny. Clean restaurant and easy to get in and out. Workers were friendly.

I have to say the lady who took my order, and the young gentleman at the window, acted like they loved being there, instead of the "I have no choice and have to be here" attitude that is so common in this industry. BIG kuddos to your staff!!

Food is good but it takes almost an hour to get your order. I would not recommend using their app as that just makes it worse. I love whataburger but I will never visit this store again after my experience with my last 3 visits.

Would be great food if they could learn to actually make the food to order. It's sad when it get worse than mcdonald's and you start telling everyone to go to another town if you want whataburger
