Urban Table

Been coming to this place for the last few years, especially since it was close to my hotel which was a 100 meters away! I’ve only gone in here for the nightcap, never really eaten anything here. The bar area is really done up well and the restaurant is well appointed. The waitstaff is super friendly and attentive. I will continue to visit this fine establishment!

Had my doubts going in - the place kind of smelled like that local mall Friendly’s that could eat at as a last resort but everything turned around quickly. Sparkling or still water for starters and their menu was reasonable for a good, fresh selection. We had children with us and they basically made whatever we requested for them. They didn’t have a kids menu but made “kids menu” items for us no prob. Chicken nuggets, grilled cheese, fries. I got the Salmon and it was fantastic. Cooked perfect. Grilled crispy on the outside. Not a ton of seasonings or salt. The accompanying broccoli tasted baked in a hot oven which was so nice and different compared to just steamed. Thoughtful, I thought! The soundtrack to our meal was perfect in my opinion.

To start off, I was welcomed by the bartender Francisco with a firm handshake. He mixed an excellent drink and talked me into sticking with coleslaw with my ribs, and I'm glad he did. I had a wonderful meal and experience! They served some warm pretzel sticks with a delicious honey mustard dip to start as well. The GM also introduced herself and shook my hand. Wonderful service, great food, and awesome atmosphere! Highly recommended.

My martini, which was supposed to be dry, was watery as if it was left in the mixing glass too long. We loved our steak nachos appetizer. My burger was not great. It was bland and needed seasoning, however the bun and dressings were above average. Amazing NE clam chowder. The service could be a tad more skilled. Management was very attentive and present.

Had the cheeseburger/fries with one of the draft beers. Burger was excellent and cooked to order, and the bun was delicious as well. Service was also very good, as they checked on the table repeatedly and refilled the water without being asked. My only issue, and may be due to being not from the area, but prices seem a little high for being a strip mall restaurant. Near $30 for a cheeseburger and beer after tip.
