It's 4:48 pm and Kayla at the drive through just totally made my day! I have been driving back and forth all day between Lake Wales and Lakeland trying to get some things done for my son's school. Going through Bartow from the house I stopped by to pick up my son and I a snack. He loves Wendy's nuggets and it had been a while since we had ate anything so he was getting a little cranky. Ordered our drinks, a 4 count nugget and 1 bacanator fry, got to the window and that's when I realized I forgot my wallet. After I told her I had forgotten it, and apologized, Kayla paid for our meal! It really meant so much to me, especially after this crazy stressful day we've had. Thank you so much Kayla for helping us today! You were the light of our day!
A perfect visit! The lady behind the counter came and took my order quickly and even smiled and said thank you for choosing Wendy's. Food was up instantly and hot even though there was 7-9 cars in drive thru. Counter was stocked with ketchup, napkins, etc. Food was great, restaurant was clean. For my expectations, I'll rate this experience a 10.
Great food, fast and friendly service. The only complaint I have is the soda machine in the lobby was out of a lot of sodas and the ones that the had did not taste right. The soda machine in the back had more flavors and tasted a lot better once they filled our drinks from that machine.

I get food from this Wendy’s weekly via Uber eats. They make my 50 nuggets fresh and hot. Every sauce is there. My food is perfect. These folks are amazing !
Stopped here while on a trip from Orlando to Naples. Typical Wendy’s. Clean and safe. Friendly staff and our food was ready fast.

The food, the treats are to die for, the fries are too. Not so sure about anything else though.. the service is chefs kiss, the employees are kind, and funny. The atmosphere is great.
We dined in and again the dining area is small but a little bigger than Lake Wales Wendy’s. Again the French fries are delicious they aren’t as salty as Mc’s. The chicken and salads are very good. Haven’t had the burgers. We like it! I dip my fries in the honey mustard sauce. Deliciousness!! Oh and it is clean also the Lake Wales Wendy’s was clean!
Had a good experience. The food was fresh. Better than expected.
