I have so much respect for individuals that tell me the truth! The manager on duty around 6pm (06/02/2019) and her wonderful staff blessed my life by taking my mailed coupon ! The struggle was real that day and I loved how cool everyone was. Keep it up you all ! Much Love !

My family & i really enjoy coming to this location. The staff is super friendly & always so helpful with everything. Their tables are always clean so its not hard at all to find a seat with our family of 6. The lady Patricia is exceptional. She always complements my little ones and saves articles people leave behind in lost & found. She needs to be a manager.!

Famous for their square burgers this particular location is in Bartlett Tennessee. The staff here is super friendly and the food is always delicious. Their chili is a favorite of mine. I could eat it year round. It is especially good during these cold Winter months. The restaurant is super clean, And I especially enjoy the fact that they play Christian music over the radio. Would highly recommend for anyone to visit if you are in the area.

I stopped here and went thru the drive thru. I ordered 2 party packs which consisted of 48 Krystal burgers. The manager was very polite letting us know that it would be a 15-20 wait that wasn't a problem considering it was big order. She offered us complimentary drinks while we waited. Our food was out to us promptly. It was a overall good experience.

Fries were not good. Plus found a curly q in my fries.. So upsetting.. But its the norm around here in Memphis Tn. But the little girl that took our order was nice.
