I have been to this restaurant several times. It has been excellent every time. The atmosphere and the service are wonderful. We have enjoyed the burgers, soups, mac & cheese, clam chowder and lots of seafood. Without exaggeration, the clam chowder and the fried captains fisherman platter are the best I’ve ever tasted. And, I am a New Englander! The meat lovers mac & cheese was over the top. The portions are huge and everything is homemade and delicious. If you are in the Mount Washington Valley treat yourself to an authentic and really great time out.

Jen was SO kind and accommodating to my group of 12 runners in town for the Ragnar relay race. It was the perfect pre-race dinner. Food was delicious, service was phenomenal, and prices were great. I highly recommend this place, and can't wait to come back next year.

We ordered take out, so didn’t have the best pictures but the food is amazing. The steak marinade is so special and tasty. I wasn’t so sure about the pizza when I saw it, but it tastes great. The portion is also pretty generous.

Delicious food! Great bang for your buck! The amount of food in the entrees was incredible. I had the Buffalo Mac & Cheese, it had the Buffalo hot sauce mixed in and balanced the heat and flavor perfectly. My partner had the steak tips and had to take them home because they had so much!

Two adults had a nice dinner here on a Wednesday evening in late August 2023. We both had the swiss cheese burgers with fries, costing about $28 with tax and less tip. Both were done to our liking and tasted great. The only downside to the restaurant was its lack of staff, which appears to be across the board in this part of New Hampshire. The greeter and the server both never stopped moving with seating people, taking orders, delivering food, the checks and clearing the tables. They clearly worked non-stop and the restaurant was full with people waiting for tables when we left.

Had the steak tip dinner, awesome portions nicely marinated, the corn bread hit the spot as well. Was too hungry to get a picture, next time for sure!! Plenty to look at while waiting, number plates from across America, fire and police patches as well. Extremely friendly staff made my day!

What a great place! The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely out of this world! I had the Meat Lovers Mac and Cheese. He had the Lobster Mac and Cheese. Large portions and served hot. So good 👌

Cabin Fever is an awesome place! We were in NH and it was definitely worth the trip a hop, skip and jump down from Attitash! The owners Jenn and Jim are some of the most pure hearted, generous people I have ever met! Theresa is a beyond-exceptional server, as well!!
With homemade food (that not only tastes phenomenal but is a good dietary choice), Cabin Fever is a great place to get a fantastic meal and enjoy the atmosphere!
