This place IS NOT handling the worker shortage well. Counter is full of customers that are upset over waiting more than an hour to get their food. Store refuses to take cash. 1 person is working the line while 4 other employees (manager included) do very little to help him. Customers wanting refunds, but can't get them from ordering kiosks. No direction comming from management to speed up the processes. Store is disgustingly dirty. Skip eating here until they get these issues ironed out. Not worth the headache.

7-2-22 we sat in line 4 cars ahead of us and 10 behind us for 45 minutes, they took our order all fine. When we get to the window the lady said they were out of chicken and could substitute it. You would figure tell the customers when they order that you are out of chicken but proceeded to charge my card after waiting in line for almost an hour. Not to mention how nasty the whole place is on the inside. 10/10 will never go back to this location

I used to love coming to Taco Bell but the past half dozen times I have gone there they only thing they are consistent about is messing up my order. The biggest thing is asking for something to be left off and it keeps getting put on. I've worked in the fast food industry and I am aware at times it can get hectic but eventually that is just an excuse. I've been given rude attitudes as well when asked to correct the order. Unfortunately, updated restaurant or not, I will not be returning again.

This is a decent Taco bell especially lately, The store looks much better with the ongoing construction for an updated building. It seems they have also hired a new manager and employees. The productivity is better along with quality and time management. I hope the new crew stays around they seem to be on the right track for an elevated taco bell experience when choosing to eat at this taco bell.

I don't expect a gourmet meal at taco bell but this location's food is inedible. Assuming they've gotten it right. Here's my black bean chalupa with no black beans but lots of beef.

It's completely understandable that there's an employee shortage, but this place is ridiculous in regards to that. My order was old, disgusting, and not made correctly. Several parts of it weren't even edible and I had to dispose of it, being left hungry and unsatisfied. It was a protein bowl... they're supposed to be easy to make and yet they failed miserably. 😞

The inside was remodeled and now you have to order off of the touch screens. What ever happened to customer service? The touch screen was not user friendly. No menu to look at about the counter. The wait is almost an hour to get your food. Other customers were complaining as well. We probably won’t be back to this location. Too bad. I really like the food.

Have to order from a kiosk. VERY SLOW service. Waited over 30 minutes for 5 tacos and a burrito! All but 2 tables are clean enough to sit at, the dining room floor hasn't been swept in who knows how long. And the kitchen floor is disgusting along with the prep counter! We won't be back to this one for sure. Corporate needs to come see this place NOW. I bet the health dept. would have a field day with some of the hairdos.
