It's a very nice welcoming restaurant. The waitresses are very friendly. A good place while you wait for your electric car to be charged on the other side of the Fwy... FYI. If you're going to be looking for a Real Estate agent, hit me up!

Clean appearance. Culturally appropriate. Music volume was just right, not too loud. Handmade tortillas right before your eyes. Immediately upon seating I was served with chips and salsa (verde AND rojo). Utensils and cups were clean. I ate a carne deshebrada burrito with a side of rice and beans. The meat was plentiful and very juicy! Pricing was very reasonable per serving sizes.

The flautas de res were double the normal size and delicious. But the spicy salsa that came on the side just made everything even more delicious.

Me and my family own land in the high desert region, and every time after we do our projects in the area, we immediately know that we need to go and have dinner at this amazing Mexican food place, even after covid era pricing has gone up, but portion food and amazing unique taste of all their food and even the complimentary chips and salsa are so hard to no rate it one of the best! Aside from that your kids and young ones will have an amazing time observing and admiring real true nature collection of animals displayed all around the tables, making story short, you have to stop by if you are around or passing by the area, restaurant is located just off the 15 N. Bound freeway!

This place is a hidden gem! Along the highway, we stopped to fill up the tank and our tummies. Casa Jimenez delivered a fantastic dinner to the table. Will visit again on our travels.

the location has taxidermy animals everywhere its a cool atmosphere. the food had large portions and everything came with a side of sour cream and guacamole. the midori margarita was a bit stronger but not as good as the banana margarita.

A fantastic place with delicious Mexican food! We usually stop here for lunch during San Diego to Las Vegas/Arizona/Utah trips. The restroom could be better though.
