Edit- it’s be an hour and 45 minutes of a wait.
The food is great and the staff is very nice. However, on busier days they get super behind and do not communicate well.
This morning, I called at 11 to make my pick up time for 6pm tonight (NYE). A woman told me to call back around 3/4 because they don’t take orders so advanced. I called back at 2:30, only to be told there were no more time slots for a 6pm pick up. Now, we’ve been waiting for half an hour for food- I get it, it’s NYE. BUT! The girl at the counter just started telling people they’re making food for those that pay. Meanwhile, everyone has been waiting because they were calling out order numbers. The disorganization and miscommunication of busier days is what is driving down this rating.

Menu link on Google maps gives incorrect portion & pricing information so be sure to ask when ordering by phone the first time.

Do not recommend. Ordered and told it would be 1 hour. Went to pick up 1 hour later and told they don’t have our order and it would be another hour before getting our meal. No offer to make it right.

Amazing food, I would highly recommend it, the person running it last time we were there her kids were there two, and they were well behaved, respectful, and quite. I had a great experience and hope you do to.
