Starbucks

I ordered 3 simple lattes to go and arrived at the store exactly at the time it said it would be ready for pick up (4:12). The drinks Were not ready so I used the restroom. I came out still no lattes. 10 minutes past my pick up and After watching several people order at the counter leave I finally asked where our drinks were. The woman behind the espresso machines pointed to the counter behind her said they were right there. She Didn’t not attempt to hand me the lattes. The other employee took another new order and ignored my request. When we asked a third time to be handed our finished coffees it was with an eye roll and delivered to the dirty pick up table. The table was littered with coffee that had been sitting there since 7:30 am. The employees were too busy worrying about cleaning up for closing (2 hours later) than actually helping the customers.

I have never seen a worse Starbucks. Why does the store close at 2pm every day? (On the days it's even open at all.) I've been given various reasons — they're short staffed (so is everybody else, but they manage to stay open regular hours), they don't have a manager (why can't Starbucks corporate send someone in temporarily from another store?). Drive a couple of miles to the one in Seakonk, MA — they're sharp, friendly, and they have a drive-thru! UPDATE: Went by Starbucks in Barrington today at 11am. Not open. No sign to say why not. No people anywhere. Does Starbucks corporate even care? Why has this store not gotten a new manager or else been CLOSED for good by now?

Because they didn’t do inventory, the app said they had lunch food and they had nothing. Arrived to the store and we had to get refunds and even though are drinks we’re already made they threw them out. Not once did someone apologize for the inconvenience. They’d rather just throw product in the trash than make a customer happy

Worst service ever every time I go there. They have more staff than customers in the store and I still waited 25 mins for my drink. No one is helping customers but doing other things in the store. One person making drinks on the far end of the store and stacks the orders but no one brings them to the other end where the customers are. Terrible.
