The staff is very nice but the system is beyond awful. You cannot call and talk to a person. You cannot get your results without downloading the Quest App which requires you to input all your personal information. This is a nightmare waiting to happen. I WILL NOT share my personal information on some website with who knows what kind of security, so I guess I don't get my results. I am very upset.

I have a fear of having blood drawn after a bad past experience (not here), so I was very nervous about my appointment. I arrived early, checked in, and I was called for my appointment within minutes. Tracy was very professional and she made me feel at ease. It was over before I knew it. Thanks Tracy!

I wish I had read these reviews before going. Each of the review comments were my experience as well. You would hope these things would have been corrected after others experiences were “brought to their attention”. One of the lab technicians shoved a business card in our faces saying in a LOUD voice that after the first of the year, appointments were required. When the voicemail for quest says that “walk-ins are welcome”. Then, they had misplaced our order, as well. I said to the technician, I don’t appreciate you being rude to us, as we were following the exact procedure we were told to do. She proceeds to tell my daughter and I that she doesn’t have to serve us and would refuse to let me in with my daughter. Screaming at us with other patients in the waiting room. Then, with her loud voice we could hear her continue to talk badly about us to other people in the back. And we also waited over an hour after this, for a fasting lab test. Talk about no patient confidentiality! I hope there is a camera that captured all this and that a manager reviews it (12/31 at 10:15 am). I will never go there again.

This place is horrible. Appointments "encouraged" means if anyone has an appointment and you don't, you are left sitting there for literally HOURS. They will not filter a "walk-in" into the rotation at all. Someone who has an appointment for ANY time that day will be taken before you even if you've been there waiting hours. Also, I guess Quest doesn't feel the need to pay attention to customer service since they're kind of the only game in town. There was ONE person working in the entire building. If you can find another lab, try and go anywhere but here.

11/25/2021 UPDATE I GOT TREATED VERY BADLY WHEN I CAME IN HERE IN OCTOBER. THE GUY TECHNICIAN (I FORGOT HIS NAME, HE HAD AN ARABIC NAME) LIED ABOUT NOT RECEIVING THE FAXED ORDER FROM MY DOCTOR. HE WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS ME, IGNORED ME, AND HAD SOME KIND OF CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER AGAINST ME FROM THE BEGINNING. HE WAS MOVING VERY AGGRESSIVELY LIKE HE WANTED TO HURT SOMEONE. MADE ME WAIT LONGER THAN I SHOULD HAVE. HE WAS DODGING MY BLOOD SAMPLE BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WANT TO CHECK FOR A FAX. EVEN THE OTHER TECHNICIAN AGREED WITH ME THAT HE WAS NOT ACTING IN A COURTEOUS MANNER. I HAD TO WAIT WAY TOO LONG AFTER HE LIED ABOUT NOT RECEIVING THE FAX ORDER. HE WOULD NOT LISTEN, DIDN'T EVEN LOOK ME IN THE EYE AS I PLEADED WITH HIM. I HAD TO GET THE DOCTOR ON THE LINE ON SPEAKER IN THE MAIN LOBBY OUT LOUD CONFIRMING TO HIM AND OYHER PATRONS THAT THEY SENT OVER THE ORDER VIA FAX. YOU COULD SEE HOW ANGRY HE WAS ABOUT IT. HE HAD THE KILLER EYES ON HIM THAT DAY FROM THE BEGINNING. AGGRESSION WAS HIGH LIKE HE WANTED TO HURT SOMEONE.. HE LOOKED LIKE HE WANTED TO KILL SOMEONE AND THE OTHER TECHNICIAN. I USED TO GO TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT WAS ON THE WAY TO THE TRAIN TO WORK. BUT SINCE THE PANDEMIC AND NOW SINCE THEY ARE HIRING JIHADISTS, I GUESS GO TO THE NEAREST LABCORP. #################### Like others here I have had my Doctor's orders misplaced by this outfit. The one lab tech is particularly spunky about it. Dismisses anyone just says fax never got through. I sense she doesn't care. When I called the regional manager about it. The rep lodged the request and advised that they would call me back. They never did. Found out this past week that they never returned my lab test from September to my Doctor. I had to show my Doctor the results through the app. Unacceptable. I am a disabled veteran and this place makes my life very difficult to manage. I feel with sincerity that this place should be shut down.
