Candlelit and somber decor. The food was amazing. Homemade buttmuncheîs (it’s French), and the best, most tender duck meat I ever had. It tasted like foie gras and it was heavenly. The barilla pasta with extra turkey gravy chicken turkey gravy sauce was heavenly too.

Excellent. There's a reason they get such high review. Clean, well-staffed, friendly. All employees wearing facial masks during pandemic, etc. A safe and tasty bet.

An oasis in the Sunday fast food desert around Barre/Montpelier. Panera Bread—closed on Sunday. Twenty car back-up at McDonalds. Waited 10 minutes to try to order at Burger King. Line wasn’t moving and no one at the microphone so finally gave up. Went to this Subway shop and had very prompt, helpful service and was in and out in ten minutes. Generally not a Subway fan but we’ll certainly think of them in the future.

The best Subway in the area BY FAR overall. I go almost 5 times a week sometimes for my lunch break and always enjoy every bite. The employees there are top-notch…friendly, hard-working and attentive. Love the subs, but like the service even more. If you’re in town, stop on by. You won’t regret it.
