This place is amazing. It's like ordering subs in 1994. I particularly enjoyed the promotional sub posters on the walls. My sub was huge and delicious and they packed it to travel really well. It is competitive with all the fancy places to eat on the block.

I called an order of3 subs in, told me 1/2hour said ok . Go pick my friend up for her lunch still waited 20 more min. That was just her sub. Had to bring her back to work , my other 2 still wore not ready , had to go back and had to wait another 25 min. So it took me like 120min. In total for 3 subs. Ridiculous

Wings are really good, but the staff is not friendly at all. I had an awful experience with the manager. The way they treat their clients is embarrassing. Not coming back!

They need a visit from the health inspector. I quit after 3 days due to being told to pick mold out of the cheese. I was also told to not have conversations with the customers and focus on my work. All and all you can go to Morse block deli and pay a little more but get amazing service.

I wish I could say lots of good things, but I went in at 4pm and it took them 5 minutes to knowledge me. Once the food came it was okay to bad... not anything I'd pay $15 for a one person meal. There were lots of great looking pies though. Also the bathroom was locked. This drives me crazy. I dont want to find someone with a key...

My family and I have been going here for well over 20+years. I am not impressed nowadays that they can't pick up their phone after 15 or more rings. I had ordered only a few sandwiches and a small order of fries and my sandwich was not even done right. They said it would only take 45 minutes to an hour which ended up being a 2 hour wait! I have an understanding of being understaffed, but this is just disappointing and shameful, when it use to be a good place to go.

Seems the manager can't get schedule right. They had a rush with like 2 people. When I walked in since no one would answer phone they were still catching up. While standing there I heard someone say just let phone ring, and then about 530 5 more workers walked in for shift.
I recommend going for lunch, but food hasbeen excellent so far. Subs are 100x better than subway, creemees are good, have only tried 1 pizza so far but was good.
