Went to the Barnwell, SC KFC this afternoon. Ordered online, then went inside to pick up. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was very clean. Food was great.

Horrible service the workers are all looking mad hating life and my fiance slipped and fell coming out of the bathroom no one did anything I had to yell for the worker to hear me after I said yall need to mop up the floors and put wet floor signs out they finally did never going back theragain in

Drive thru staff is always rude and they never have food ready, last visit they pulled me up for 40 minutes to wait on popcorn chicken then the lady takes it to another car and that person ended up coming to ask if it was my food I took it back to the window to tell them and the lady was really rude asking what was the problem, like mam the food the other customer brought me they had opened all up and threw it back In the bag who would want that after waiting that long, they tried to pull me up said it would be another40 minutes to remake my order and then gave me a attitude when I asked if I could just get a refund because I wasn’t going to wait another 40 minutes again, don’t waste your time with this restaurant.

Stopped in for a chicken sandwich and it was delicious, great french fries too!! Very clean inside and out. Super friendly staff!

Unsatisfactory review. Got order wrong and I was the only one in drive thu line. It was not a hard order just 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a small tea. They give the wrong sandwiches and tea had no ice!!

We all know some franchise restaurants have some stores that do it better than others! This is one of them!! The employee are older and country but that's what make it work. Good chicken
