China Express

We got the orange chicken plate, but unfortunately, they forgot to remove their infested roaches from their ingredients / fryer because as you can see, there was a 'roach' (Palmetto Bug) leg embedded into one of the chicken pieces... Clearly, they are unsanitary.. We noticed the orange 'glaze' was very bland before hand, tasted Old... then we noticed this insect leg.. Absolutely horrifying and disgusting. Never eating here again and telling all my co-workers and friends in Barnwell to stay clear of this place. This was NOT staged and we've been going here for a while, usually we get sweet and sour chicken, tried the orange chicken yesterday and brought it straight home after work in a sealed bag. You've been warned!!!

Bro... like fr. Please don't eat here. I got the general tso chicken. And never in my life have I seen black!!!!! Yes black meat chicken!! I've seen brown. But fr. The stray dog at the sports convenience store didn't eat the tray!!! He ate the broccoli from my rice. And then walked away. And even be4 I got threw ordering my food. The cashier pesters me about leaving a tip. I'm like dang dude. Can I pay for my food 1st💁‍♂️. In all seriousness. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! it's not normal there food. Rice isn't supposed to taste like old well water!!!!

LOMEIN noodles were way over cooked mushy I ordered 3 large orders and yuck ... but the rest was really good.... their general TSO chicken was really good and rice was great but those noodles had a funny flavor I thought compared to what I usually get at other Chinese restaurants. Usually the noodles are a little chewy which I like ... wish I hadn't ordered 3 large plates of them now.... was wanting to eat in it a few days cuz they give nice big servings there but anyway... I won't get noodles there again ..

This place is AWESOME! Lots of variety, great prices and even better portions. Food was delicious and took quite a bit of leftovers home for dinner. For a Southern country town, this is probably my new favorite restaurant. Keep everything the same and you'll have a lifelong customer in me. Awesome, well done China Express.
