I had an order for $37 worth of food. Waited in the drive-through line over 15 minutes and was missing 3 pieces of chicken and bun was damaged on cheeseburger. The person at the drive-through indicated that if I wanted my additional pieces Of chicken I would have to pull forward and wait at least 4 more minutes for it to cook which indicated that they knew they had shorted us and didn’t care. They were not a fan of me not wanting to pull foraward and would not offer a refund or anything. Even after waiting 15 minutes the fries were cold.

One star is generous. Server while taking my order seemed impatient. They weren't especially busy and I was asked to pull up anyway. My order wasn't big at all, but they served two others before getting to me. I ordered a loaded omelette and it came with a whopping teaspoon of meat/veggies so it may as well have been plain egg and cheese. Loaded. Funny. My first visit is also my last visit for the unfortunate service and the skimping. Can't recommend.

Biscuits are always hard as hockey pucks. Lunch food is barely Luke warm. Service takes an eternity. I've just stopped going here. Bardstown needs some major help with fast food. Sad when McDonald's is the best one in town.

Always quick and great service, but I confess I usually only go for their breakfast.

I gave a review almost a year ago. Sad to say the place has become worse than it was then. Stopped to get breakfast this morning but the lady working drive thru informed me breakfast quits being served at 10:30 and lunch doesnt start till 11. 🤔 So is this a magical limbo time in which the kitchen changes over that no one can order food!? 🤷♂️

This place is never open. We’ve stopped by 3 times and they have been closed every time. The last time was during breakfast, the lady gave some lame excuse why they were not serving breakfast and they wouldn’t be serving lunch until 11am. How do this place stay open?
