Arby's

My family and I ordered dinner from this drive-thru location on Wednesday, June 8th 2022. While we waited for our food the employee (I didn't catch his name but he was so nice) at the window asked how we were doing and explained that they were short staffed and they didn't have a manager. The general manager was out sick so they were all on their own, trying to do the best that they could. Due to this they will be changing their hours, which is totally understanding and reasonable. Our food came out on time and everything was fresh and delicious. Before we ate our meal, we prayed for the employees and the general manager to get well soon. It breaks my heart to see negative reviews about this restaurant when they are struggling just like every other restaurant right now. Please be patient and have some respect.

Absolutely dire. Restaurant was filthy with no tables having been wiped down, nothing was stocked (no cup lids or straws), employees were discussing personal matters in the wide open, there was a young man- May have been an employee not in uniform, may have been a friend of an employee, may have been a stranger off the street, not sure which but he appeared to be sleeping off some fashion of “high“ in the middle of the dining room; lying there mumbling to himself etc. Just sad state of affairs.

Every time i order a roast beef classic there is grey hair in my food ! I love arbys and it upsets me because ovbs im not gonna eat it i just hope my second sandwich doesnt have hair in it! They need to really wear hair nets or somthing. Cause this has happend alot.I understand accidents happen but dang.
