The food was hot and tasted good. I was disappointed when I got home and found that we were missing an order of fries and an order of coleslaw. Other than that it was good. Drive-thru line moved quickly. Cashier was friendly and polite.

Ordered clams, piece of fish and popcorn shrimp. Didnt have the coconut shrimp on menu that has been advertised lately. The shrimp ordered was burnt, crispy and unedible. Didnt notice until got home, so wasted them. Everything else was cooked good. Staff was friendly.

Waited in the drive-thru for a solid 4 minutes, nobody acknowledged we were there, pulled around to the window to find 2 people standing around, placed my order at the window.
Got the fish tacos, used to love the Baja Tacos but they've changed it. The tacos tasted like they had sat on the counter all day. Probably won't be back for the tacos.

I was pleased that the service was fast and the food was freshly prepared. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The parking lot desperately needs improved lighting. Stumbling in the dark parking lot is why I didn't give 5 stars.

At 7:15 pm this evening. i’ll take 3 large root beer floats. I’m sorry we are out of root beer. what the… tthat is as bad as if chick fila were to tell me they are out of chicken. A& W is the name of the restaurant. Absolutely close your doors if you don’t have root beer!

Very disappointing, went there for a root beer float and the root beer dispenser was broke. Floors also very slick, guess it was grease

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. Came to this location at 5 pm and was told they are closed after sitting in the drive thru for 5 mins to drive up to the window and be told they are closed.
