The pictures does not do justice to this sandwich. The egg was dry, overcooked and looked like it was split in half to make another sandwich. The sausage was way over cooked and was so dry. It was not worth the 17 we paid for it. Save your money and go somewhere else or cook at home.

Took forever to order, I'd guess 15-20 minutes start to finish. They give me this as a large iced coffee, seriously? It isn't like it's a soft drink that fizzed down, this is just pure laziness to not fill it even close to full. It also tastes like it's almost straight cream. Cheeseburger they forgot cheese on($1.39 for that when a bacon cheeseburger is on sale for $1?). Won't ever return.

First off, the mozzarella sticks were orange inside and unpalatable. Secondly, the burger had rotten tomatoes on it. The jalapeno poppers are a joke and extremely hard. I am really concerned why the mozzarella sticks were orange and tasted horrible. I spent roughly $33 and I wish I had saved my $. The guy at the drive-thru tried to give me change back I had paid exactly the price on my receipt. He also forgot my 2 drinks and had to fill them while we waited. He had the nerve to ask what he had to drink.The food was just awful and I can't believe they serve it to people. I think my mozzarella sticks were burnt or had been cooked hours ago. They forgot to give me my sauces as well. I probably will not come back here.

Giving this rating strictly on the service we received tonight. The young ladies working both windows had terrible customer service. My order was incorrect, and the cashier yelled back LOUDLY at her co-workers to fix it (very unprofessional). We were very understanding about the error, but her reaction to us bringing it to her attention was startling. Once the corrected order was given to us we sat and waited another 2 minutes because we didn’t receive a vanilla shake. She finally noticed us sitting there and asked if we needed anything else, and we said we were waiting on the vanilla shake that was sitting right next to the window. The attitude at this place needs to go🤷🏽‍♀️

Never have I had such instant attitude. Try saying hello and how are you to the gal behind the counter. After placing your order, watch how hundreds of sandwiches pile up for no one as they eventually make your sandwich a half hour later and serve on a tray that could stick to the ceiling. The Iced tea dispenser exposed to whatever falls into it. Yum! They had a manager their too. Blows my mind. This is a microcosm of America, and we should not be proud. BTW. Their bad day is your bad day now. I was here about 9am 5/14/22. Fire them all.

I try to be understanding of the issues fast food workers face but I have never gotten out of the drive through here in less than 20 minutes, and my order has never been right. Every time I go to this location the workers seem stressed out. Management needs to do something because this location is obviously having problems.

Pulled up a 9:45 in the outside lane, there was a car getting its order taken on the inside lane. They took their order and asked me to wait. While waiting 2 cars pulled into the inside lane and they took their orders, while I was still waiting to order my meal, so I went and moved to the inside lane where I was again asked to wait, a car pulled into the outside lane and they got the same please wait. At this point I waited patiently and finally after 20 minutes of waiting they took my order. When I pulled around to pay for my meal I asked why I was made to wait so long and yhe cashier said she just took over the headset and had no idea why. Poor service is an understatement.

The food was fine. The employees seemed irritated that I was there though. This includes the manager or shift leader or whatever she was. It wasn't late, they weren't super busy, and I didn't have a particularly large order.
