I love subway and come to this location often. However, I order the same thing each time I go and my order is rang up differently which changes the price of my order anywhere between 2 to 4 dollars difference. This has happened more than once and I have brought this to the managers attention who just told that it was due to the fact I did not get cheese on my sub! Wow! She told me to make sure I remind them to ring it up the right way next time. No offer of any compensation or anything when I was charged almost over 4 bucks more than I should've been for my food. I understand there may be new people and everything is short staffed now days but come on people do better and have some communication when ringing up people ! This just happened again today as well and I was charged 2 bucks more than I should've been. Someone should not be charged more because they didn't get something on their sandwich. Isn't that the point of subway to get it how you want it made fresh in front of you?

Staff were friendly but not very helpful. We couldn't get our order to go through on subway app so I ended up going in the store asking for help and I got a I don't know anything about the app and then she asked another employee she said the same thing. So I asked for any contact info on I could contact someone about the app not working again didn't know anything. Was kind of frustrating being that the subs I was ordering would have cost me $6.09 on the app with coupons and stuff that I have but because I had to go in the store I spent over $10 each sub.

They were really busy when we went at around 5:30pm. The staff was extremely efficient, nice and worked very well together. My husband and I often visit this location and find it to always run smoothly with friendly good employees.

Sub was not a 6 inch. Bread was old and was not flavored well

My friend got a ducking seed in his sub and cracked his tooth. He said it hurt and went “ow”. We then brought the seed to the front the desk and the worked looked at us like a deer in headlights incapable of comprehending the complaint we were making. She seemed to think of it as a joke and shrugged it off. I saw this as very unprofessional and thought this situation should have been handled better. Thank you.

Terrible service. I was the only customer when I walked in. Guy said it would be just a minute. Another employee came to where I waited and didn't even look my way, even though I was right in front of her. After about 5 minutes another customer walked in, to my surprise they served her first and took their sweet time. I walked out. Being New to the area, I doubt I'LL eat there again. Especially after looking at reviews.
