Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Good food, consistent with other Cracker Barrel’s. Good wait staff for the most part but could use some improvement. At our last visit, we were sat at the farthest end of the restaurant and it took close to ten minutes for someone to come to our table, and it wasn’t even busy that day. But other times we didn’t have any issues. It all depends on who’s working the floor at different days and times. We will definitely go back mainly for the delicious home cooked foods and ambiance. Great decor, great country store, wait times are usually pretty good. The wood fire is a bonus, especially in the winter. Recommended, especially for breakfast.

Me and my husband have been coming here for quite a while now, while we’ve had bad visits we’ve also had the best service from anywhere in our lifetime. Our recent waitress Judy was the best we’ve ever had here, such a sweet lady and worth talking to. The food here is also outstanding. One visit I received the wrong side dish and tried it anyway, now it’s my favorite thing to get. No such thing as bad food here. Either way I definitely recommend this stop for no matter what meal time. :)

Was so bad. Burnt pancakes tasted terrible, both grandkids had them. uneatable burnt sausage. Took forever to get food that's why we ate some of it since kids were hungry. I told check out an she said the manager was cooking, that's why. Never had that happen at a cracker barrel. Will be awhile be for I go to one again, really!

I absolutely love Cracker Barrel food. That's the ONLY reason this location recieved two stars. The service at this store is horrible! This is not formed over just one or 2 visits. I have tried and tried to eat there and do carry out and each and every time there's something they do wrong. The first 2 carryout the orders were just wrong and each time dining in they forgotten or botched the order or whatever. I tip my servers VERY WELL ($20 on $30 check) but not once have I had a server here earn what I think is even worth 15% gratuity. I'm just done coming here!

Here on vacation from Illinois Thursday, December 24. As always cracker barrel food is great but our waiter Garrett was awesome. Party of more than 2 r always more picky & change their minds A LOT. He was very tentative & didn't complain at all. Thank u Garrett for your wonderful service. Also, he's even handsome behind the mask 🥰

Cracker barrel is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. I have found all of them to be very consistent. We rarely get right in but that is okay because I enjoy browsing the gift shop. There have been a few times that the gift shop was packed with people waiting to get in and the wait was quite long. The wait here was not that long since they weren't very busy. Waitress was very nice, food good and served hot.

We stopped in while on a little family vacation to the Dells, and enjoyed a delicious meal at the Cracker Barrel. We had a group of 7 and were easily accommodated. Our wait wasn't long at all while they set up our table, and they did a great job keeping everyone properly distanced in the dining room. Everyone in our group was satisfied with their food, and we all left pleasantly full!
